Monday - Precor elliptical/stepper trainer+weights
Tuesday - 5 mi
Wednesday - elliptical/stepper hybrid, upright bike, Jacob's ladder, weights
Thursday - 5 mi (kind of walked the last 1 mi)
Friday - 40 min upright bike (9 mi); 20 min strength

Those are some good workouts, especially the 12 mile run! I like how you mix it up with gym and running, I wish I could do that more!
